Ecstatic Chant is a deeply spiritual seven-day celebration. Enjoy daily chanting sessions, movement classes, healthy, delicious cuisine, the beautiful grounds of Blue Spirit, and the uplifting energy of Costa Rica.

7:00-8:00 a.m. Yoga
7:00-9:00 a.m. Breakfast
10:00 a.m.-noon Morning Session
Noon-1:30 p.m. Lunch
2:00-4:00 p.m. Afternoon Session
6:00-7:30 p.m. Dinner
8:00-10:00 p.m. Evening Session
